As our business grew it was time to add more sales agents and Ryan came onto the radar via Troy.  He was flying for US Airways as a flight attendant and looking to get back into real estate to supplement his income.  I liked Ryan immediately and knew he’d connect well with our clients so we figured out how to incorporate him into the team.  Ryan is our showing agent and helps all of us by showing properties to our clients.  Ryan was recently nicknamed “the closer” because his gentle, unassuming, non “sales” personality has helped a number of clients find clarity and buy quicker than we expected.  When asked how he does this, he just shrugs his shoulders and says – “I don’t know, I just ask a lot of questions.”  How brilliant… a sales person actually asking questions and listening?  When not selling real estate Ryan still travels the globe and I hear is a fabulous chef.  Though I haven’t been invited to dinner yet – what’s up with that?
