Amber started working with me part time on special projects in 2005.  The company grew and eventually we needed her talents full time though she lived in Iowa City, Iowa so we initially weren’t sure how to make it work.  We decided to take a leap and created a “virtual” position on the team and since 2006 Amber has moved throughout the organization in key administrative positions as we have grown and changed.  I actually know more about Amber than I can publish on the website because she’s my sister!  It is extremely rewarding to me to work with her and I feel it has allowed us to grow even closer as siblings over the years.  Lovingly nicknamed “Amber the Hammer” because of her amazing follow-up skills, we all can count on Amber for anything.
