As Managing Director of Brandon Green Companies Commercial Real Estate and Investment Group, Ken combines his expertise in banking, brokerage, and wealth management with the needs of his clients. The result is a hassle-free endeavor that best meets the goals of his clients.
Concentration: Ken helps a variety of clients realize their real estate and investment goals. This includes everything from helping small businesses lease properties, to matching buyers with the homes that best meet their needs. Ken understands the benefits of incorporating real estate—whether a home or investment—into his clients’ financial portfolios.
Background: Ken received his BS in Finance from George Mason University. He then spent more than a decade working in commercial real estate and wealth management for financial institutions, including Citibank, Riggs Bank, and Wachovia. He also spent time as the vice president of First Horizon Bank’s commercial real estate group. Ken recently received his MS in real estate from Johns Hopkins University. He is also an investor himself, having renovated a home in Arlington, Virginia, and currently owning a rental property in Ohio.
Odds and Ends: Ken served 6 years in the Army, spending 2 of those years stationed in Germany before being transferred to the DC area to serve on George Bush’s advance team. He was honorably discharged before enrolling at George Mason University. In addition to real estate, Ken is also a member of the award-winning Alexandria Harmonizers, a barbershop chorus that has entertained the DC metro area for more than 50 years. Ken also spends time as a certified yoga instructor. Having practiced yoga for 12 years, he now leads a class in kundalini yoga on Sunday mornings. [more]
