In 2009 business was booming and we realized we needed more help.  The Iowa connection worked so well with Amber we decided to try it again and brought on Melinda, also from Iowa City, initially as Amber’s assistant.  Melinda was just the right fit and before long we could see her kind voice, and extraordinary work ethic matched with BGC immediately.  Melinda is one of the hardest workers I know and is the person we all turn to when we need things done as she handles much of the day to day operational details.  Melinda loves her annual trips to DC for our company retreats and if this section could be a bit longer, boy do I have a story or two about one such trip to Rehoboth Beach a few years back…
