Just Don’t Ask Him to Clear the Plates

Brandon’s admiration of property began at an early age, in places as far flung as Wyoming, Oregon, and Iowa. While his dreams of working in real estate took a short detour through the food service industry—where he worked as a busboy at a Bonanza at the age of 14—his road has always pointed here, to Brandon Green Companies. Brandon eventually moved to DC, and began buying homes and fixing them up. It was his first purchase—a burned-out foreclosure on Capitol Hill—that would really start Brandon on the path to success in real estate.

His real estate agent at that time noticed the qualities in Brandon that have made him such a success ever since. She encouraged him to pursue his real estate license, and the rest is history. Before that, there were other forays in addition to Bonanza for Brandon. Out of high school, he toured and performed with Up With People, an international study abroad program dedicated to leadership and service through performance. These experiences, and more, lend themselves to the composite person Brandon has become, and to the client-focused, team approach he has fostered at Brandon Green Companies.

When not engaged in his real estate endeavors—which is not often—you can follow the sound of the Weather Channel to locate Brandon.  He’s a self-described “weather buff,” and dreams of one day embarking on that tornado-chasing vacation he’s long dreamed about. Brandon also remains active as a singer and pianist, regularly holding performances. The hand-eye coordination honed by decades of piano will serve him well in his new hobby as a tennis player as well. All of this might sound like the sowing of hobbyist seeds for his retirement years, but for the fact Brandon does not envision retirement at all. That’s good news for his clients!
