Amber Cummer

A Voice from the Heartland

You may never visit Amber’s office, as it rests in her home in Iowa City, Iowa, but her presence in the Brandon Green Companies process is felt across the almost one-thousand miles. As Process Specialist for the team, Amber helps keep things running smoothly. While her work for Brandon Green Companies started small—a newsletter here, some database work there—it soon blossomed into her current fulltime role. Her experiences in various management positions prior to joining the team made the leap to real estate seem natural.

And leaping is something with which Amber has grown quite accustomed, as she bounds to DC from Iowa on a frequent basis as part of her work. While the flights may not always be smooth, the workflow between her and the rest of the team is. Prior to her globetrotting with Brandon Green Companies, Amber worked as an administrative assistant in education, and also spent time in retail management.

Like her brother, Brandon, Amber is also a gifted musician. She has led youth show choir groups in the Iowa City area, and has also performed as a vocalist and pianist for weddings and other functions. Amber also enjoys traveling, be it road trips with her husband, or jaunts around the block with her dog, Bernie. She hopes to one day own a summer home on the little island in Lake Michigan she frequents.
