A Home Away from Home

There may be no place like home, but Washington DC sure reminds Veronica of her homeland in certain ways. The ability to walk almost anywhere harkens her back to her days doing the same in Barcelona, Spain, where she was born and raised. Veronica’s career beginnings were in Labor Law in Barcelona, as well as work in Human Resources. Having parents who were always active in building and construction—in a city of world-class architecture—made the leap to real estate a natural one for Veronica.

Veronica earned a BA in Labor Law from Barcelona University. Prior to coming aboard at Brandon Green Companies, Veronica worked at the Adecco Group and Deloitte in Barcelona, as well as with the Inter-American Defense Board here in the US. She took from those experiences what she brings to her role as Director of the International and Luxury Real Estate Division for Brandon Green Companies—dedication, honesty, availability, and complete care for her clients. She thrives on the team atmosphere at Brandon Green Companies, and on the shared commitment to every client’s needs.

Walking the streets is indeed something Veronica enjoys about DC. As a longtime swimmer, though, she could probably just as easily use the Potomac for her transit. In fact, Veronica was a member of the Spanish National Swim Team in 1995-96. It’s no wonder she dreams of the ability to breathe under water. Her swimming prowess—and pending superpower—will both serve her well in retirement some day, too, as Veronica aspires to own a beach home both here in the US, and back home in Spain.
