My wife and I recently purchased our "first" home in Northwest Washington D.C. using Brandon Green as our agent.  Brandon spent the better part of two years (it's even hard for me to believe) patiently looking at dozens of houses with us until we finally found the "one."  We really appreciated Brandon's honest insights into houses we saw especially the fact that he frequently  steered us away from purchases that he considered poor choices for us even though to do so meant he had to spend more time with us looking at additional houses.  One thing to understand is that while Brandon makes himself available to see houses on your schedule, he does not spend much time going to houses on his own to find recommendations preferring, instead, for you as the buyer to review the listings each day and identify the houses you want to see.
