As you probably noticed, we made a lot of exciting changes to this website. Here’s a quick rundown of how you can take advantage of them to buy or sell a home or investment property — or just share your expertise.

Search all listings
We know what brings most people to a real estate website: the ability to search market listings. And now on Brandon Green Companies site, you can do just that. Go to our search all listings page, fill out the requested information, and you’ll immediately have access to our comprehensive listing of property for sale in the Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and suburban Maryland real estate market.

Get our free market analysis
Curious about the value of your — or someone else’s — home? Now we can quickly supply you with a comparable market analysis. Just submit some information about the property in question and we’ll get back to you in just 30 minutes.

Share your thoughts
At Brandon Green Companies we’ve always have valued the opinions of our friends, clients, and colleagues. You’ve been a great source of ideas, strategies, and inspiration. Now you can comment on any of our blog posts and share your insight with the world. (Of course, if you’d like to contact us privately, you still can do that too.)

Share posts on social networking sites or via e-mail

And if you’re into more traditional ways of sharing information, you can e-mail a post to a friend by selecting the envelope icon next to where it says “E-mail this post.”

While television and the Internet are full of ads for “free credit reports,” we all know that those free offers usually have a caveat that is going to cost you money.

In January 2004 Congress passed the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which mandated that Americans get a free look at all three of their credit reports once a year.

So if you’re gearing up to buy a home or investment property — or even if you aren’t — get your free credit report and verify that your credit history is accurate.
