3. Find your new home

You have defined your needs and have your loan pre-approval. You’ve even shopped for homes online and explored your favorite neighborhoods. 4. Make an offer

5. Inspect the property

Once your bid has been accepted, it’s time to inspect the property to make sure you know exactly what you are about to buy. Generally, you will only have a few days to conduct all of the inspections.
