There are so many houses on the market, how can I possibly see all of them?
In this step Brandon Green Companies will find homes that meet your goals. We will:
- Weed through home summaries
- Contact owners, tenants, and real estate agents to arrange showings
- Prepare a home-tour summary for your review
- Communicate everything to you
After you approve the home-tour list, we will show you the different homes and neighborhoods in the tour. You may find your dream house the first time you’re out looking, or it may take a few tours.
Once you enter a property, we will point out the home’s features and warn you of potential problems. As always, we’ll be focused on you and your needs, using our knowledge and expertise to match you with your best home, at the lowest price.
