How do I pick an inspector? What should I expect from an inspection?

All of the inspectors that Brandon Green Companies recommends are prescreened professionals. They will:

• Check every nook and cranny for current and potential problems
• Point out the positive features of the property
• Leave you with a home-operating manual outlining maintenance practices and possible future repairs

As a negotiation strategy, some home  inspections are conducted before the contract presentation. If this approach is relevant to your situation, we will discuss this possibility before we make the initial offer.

After Brandon Green Companies coordinates and accompanies the home inspectors, it may be necessary to arrange repair estimates. Again, we will pull out our contact book and get on the phone. If repairs are necessary, we will help adjust the contract terms.

Final loan approval

Now is also the time that Brandon Green Companies coordinates with your lender for final loan approval based on the property you have selected.
