Close the sale

There’s land ahead, but more waters to cross.  At this step Brandon Green Companies will:

• Continue to respond to inquiries about your home (even though it is under contract it will still be listed, lest the deal fall through)
• Coordinate the inspections, appraisals, and other visits
• Guide you through any additional negotiations

You already have enough paperwork to worry about in your life—Brandon Green Companies will track everything you need when selling your home. We anticipate challenges and use our experience to guide you through the final steps of the sale.

We have a unique team approach, and our dedicated administrative staff will ensure that documentation is handled seamlessly. We will also coordinate with the buyer's agent to ensure the process is running smoothly on their end.

Everything is done, right? Time to drop anchor and make for land? Not quite yet. We still need to close the transaction by meeting with the buyer and the settlement officer.

Settlement

Additional negotiating and positioning can occur even at the settlement table. Don’t worry, Brandon Green Companies will be there with you and will remain your advocate.

There are some small things, however, that you will need to do, such as:

• Complete the moving-out checklist.
• Bring a set of house keys to the closing table.
• Bring your driver's license or another form of photo identification.
